So, it’s April 1st and our first OFFICIAL day of the Can You Come Outside to Play 30 day challenge! It was a bit chilly outside so at first the kids mostly stuck close to the house. They played on the deck with all the dishes that filled up with water from our recent rains, climbed on the rock, and ran around picking dandelions. I simply chased them with my camera…(that’s what I like to do outside!).
I asked Corben if he thought Gameboy really counted as an outdoor activity and he assured me it did. Guess if I can read a book, he can play Gameboy. At least he picked an awesome location!
After a brief break inside we headed back out for an flower counting adventure! We found 11 different kinds of flowers!! (And picked about half that many.) Then we headed out for a walk in the woods. We decided to follow the deer trails today. It was chilly but beautiful out!
To round out the day, Dade took Sylvie for a walk just after sunset.

Absolutely beautiful! I soooo wish that I was that talented with a camera! I took pics of our fun day, but they don't look anything like yours!

Day 1 for the Northern Edwards Clan; We began with a fabulous weekend trip to St Louis. Today was a sunny warm 60degree day and we played at the Free St Louis Zoo..Tomorrow the City Museum our main destination!...photos to follow early next week.
