Can you say SEAT COVERS??!! My wonderous, glorious friend, came to my rescue and took me fabric shopping to finally get the dining room chairs covered and fabric for curtains. I love following around someone who knows what their doing!! We then spent the afternoon (okay, well SHE spent the afternoon) recovering my chairs (while I cut out fabric). THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! (I can’t say it enough!)
Did I mention that I was exhausted? Oh, and Sylvie has been hiding my keys all week. Usually I’m good because I always carry a spare but on this particular day I could only find the set that had the ignition key to the truck and not the door key. Well, when I got to the grocery store I simply locked the doors and headed in for the biggest shopping trip of my life. (I was tired AND hungry!) SO, then I come out an hour later with an over flowing cart full of frozen yumminess only to discover that I’ve locked myself out of the car. SERIOUSLY??!!
So here’s a picture of Corben sitting in a cart after we waited an hour for our rescuer. Let’s just say many groceries did not survive. However, you’ll notice Corben has on his scout shirt. His computer teacher at school was also the guy in charge of camp this year and after locating it after we left, delivered it to Corben at school. YEAH! (Oh, and I now have AAA….cause I need it…..)

Tuesday I should have been trying to catch up on the previous week but instead headed to the park with my SIL and the kids. The following pictures are sad but funny. Poor Gabi really wanted to eat her Go-gurt all by herself but when she ran off with it Mom insisted she give it back. A struggle ensued and, well, you see the result!
Wednesday, my niece joined us for the evening. The girls all play so well when she’s here! Ella & Sylvie dressed her up and then called me in to inform me that I needed to get my camera and take her picture. They were having a great time!
Thursday = more pictures! (Oh, and a new haircut for me! YEAH!)
Friday was craft day at my house. The boys have been needing an area to use my old computer so I decided to build them a desk!!
I also made the girls a bow board to hold all of their new ribbons that were ALL over the house. Ella loves to take it down during naps and line all the ribbons up.
Saturday I had a fun photoshoot with a beautiful family. This little guy just didn’t want to be caught!
Sunday I was worn out from a million things, exhausted, and to top it off, SICK!! However, none of that could have stopped me from going to my sister’s 30th birthday party!!
After dinner and cake we headed outside for party games. This one was all about flipping a mound of Whipped Cream off your hand and into your mouth. Dade was actually really good!
Ella kept coaching everyone from the sidelines so we finally let her and Sylvie try.
Then me….note the buttoned jacket, hair pulled back, and eye protection!
What happens when you let Dade play with the big boys…….
The End.

Wow. I didn't know Tammy had a birthday party. Wish we could have been there; her sisters would have had fun, too.
