Monday my brother, Jason & his awesome wife, Cassie, surprised us by coming over and having Family Home Evening with us! They even provided the lesson and the food! It was awesome. I sure love them.
Wednesday was such a beautiful day and it was made even better because it was Corben’s first trip to the temple! My mom was able to drive him and I took Ella to gymnastics. It was such a job watching her and all her enthusiasm. I just love how joyful she is in everything she does!
When Corben got home from the temple he was beaming and looked so radiant. It was then time for him to work on a cello piece inspired by Edgar Allen Poe’s The Raven. He was really worried about it but my mom and I sat with him and within just a few minutes he was on his way and finished the piece that night. It was great!
Great day for Corben. He made his first trip to the temple and composed his first cello piece. He was beaming from ear to ear as he went up to bed. What a wonderful blessing my son is. :)

I love my sweet baby, Collin....but I'm going completely BALD!!! AAAAAHHHHH!! It always comes back but seriously this is the worst EVER. Years...it's going to take YEARS before I can pull my hair back in a pony. Ugh. (vent complete)
Took Corben school shopping and went birthday shopping for the nieces and nephews…the kids were great! Check out the hoody I got Corben!
BRILLIANT MOMMY MOMENT!! -- 4 kids + 5 hours of shopping at 3 different large stores including one toy store. Believe it or not, not only did they stay right with me, not touch anything, not ask for anything, and not fight but they have sung my praises the entire way home and lovingly carried in all the groceries and purchases. How, you ask?? Simple...one frosty for each child for each store they are perfect in. That's 3 kids who can eat frosties x 3 stores = 9 frosties. I used 9 FREE Jr. Frosty coupons at 10 cents each for a total of 90 cents!!!! They couldn't even finish them all so there's some in the freezer for later! Best $1 I ever spent!
Sunday was the Schneg family party! It was a great day with family. I sure love them!
