It only comes around every 4 years so we thought we’d celebrate!! SO…From our house to yours here’s 150 something pictures time lapsed into fun!!
My Father-in-law challenged us all to take some Leaping Family photos today! To encourage us he wrote this awesome poem!
It's Leap Day, so jump high into the air.
Do so without a worry, without any care.
Be careful not to fall and bruise your arm.
Laugh happily, enhancing your photo's charm.
Once every four years do the jumpin' again.
Have a family contest to see who will win.
Everyone wins when looking back each year
at each fun photo of kids and family so dear.

Isn’t that awesome??!! So we took on the challenge. Do you know how hard it is to get 4 kids to jump at the same time?? I put my camera on a tripod and had them jump away figuring that if I didn’t get a good one I could at least piece one together. I didn’t have time to get one together before we had to head out to scouts so I put together the time lapse of them all so you could get the idea. Now I get to go laugh at all the shots and try to find some to share individually!!
Believe it or not, most of these have no editing (other than to cover Corben’s belly!)

These pics of just too fun! I wish I was there enjoying every minute of them jumping and posing and laughing and just being such a wonderful, happy group of siblings. This just says such great things about all of them. I love Ed's poetic challenge and I love that you all joined together to create such a great memory. Well done Mom!!
