All this and he has a stack of 5 more from the library and 2 that just came in off his waiting list….

I cannot believe you actually let him read Calvin & Hobbs. That is roughly akin to Custer selling guns to the Indians. I LOVE Calvin & Hobbs myself and remember the books we bought and read a while back but, putting such a book in the hands of an adolescent boy with impish tendencies is self-defeating. Good luck with that. Please read this as humorous and not critisism.
maybe he would consider writing a little review of these books he's read to help others (me ;) decide if they are worth the read. there are probably some he liked better than others just some hints. I have a godson and grandsons that I send books to it would be nice to have the opinion of a boy their age. :)
