So, out of complete peer pressure I actually registered for baby stuff.
I was going to put the link on here but I don’t like putting out such personal info so if you want the link just comment or email and I’ll send it (or you can look it up @ Target).
It seems so weird to me but I can understand that folks just don’t know what I need. It’s weird to me because I hate to ask for things. I really don't expect or even want a bunch of new stuff or expensive stuff. All of my kids have lived with hand-me-downs and no one's died. I am also ignorant as to what are the best products out there right now so I filled out a registry but when it says diaper bag it doesn't mean THAT one it means any one (a new one they think is better or an used clean one they can give me), I put toys on there but it just means toys in general not THAT toy. Pretty much everything on there is that way. I don't want anyone looking for a particular color of sheet or type of diaper cream, I just need items like that and used or different is great. I made the registry to give folks a general idea. Truth be told, homemade or gently used is always best with me. (And anyone can always just get diapers and wipes and I don't care what brand.)
OR you could just not get me anything and come over and hang out with me and a house full of bored kids who are out of school and staring at me blankly as I sit and nurse/sleep with a baby for the umpteenth time that day…that would be kinda cool, too.

I'm the same way about asking for things. But I find that people love to help, and part of my challenge is to accept it gracefully and realize I'm allowing them to bless me (does that make sense?), and, of course, they're blessed as well for their kindness. New arrivals are fun to celebrate, though, so enjoy it! So exciting!
