1. After Corben and I spent part of the day accusing others of spitting at us at the table we realized that it was really the ceiling leaking. Luckily, Ryan is very handy dandy fixing pipes. Question is...how handy dandy is he at fixing ceilings??
2. I got the (2nd) BEST diaper deal EVER!!! In this blurry picture you see 20 packs of Comfort Stretch diapers and 4 packs of Huggies. I paid $29.80 for the Comfort Stretch (that's $1.49 a pack!) and $22.96 for the Huggies (that's 5.74 a pack! - usually 12.99 a pack). Retail for all 24 packs of diapers was originally $211.76...I paid only $52.76! Why, you ask, was this amazing deal only the 2nd best deal??? Because my brother went and did the same diaper deal (for $1.49 a pack) and accidentally forgot to apply a $5 coupon that would have saved him another $15. I encourage him to go back to the store and ask for the credit. Not only did they give him the credit but an additional percentage off for a grand total of 6 packs of diapers for $2.36!!!! That's 41 cents a pack after tax!!! I'm totally jealous.3. Ryan and I got to go out to Date Night with several other couples from our congregation. We met at my SIL's house and played games and ate desserts. It was a lot of fun. Ryan and I won at Like Minds which is funny to me. Thanks, Mom, for sitting!
The rest of the week was spent running errands and trying to get ready for birthdays, school, and scouts, all of which start next week. Next week is going to be CRAZY but it's our last week of Summer so I guess it should be! So, here's a cute pic of Sylvie I took this week. Catch ya later!
