NNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....

Sylvie walked today! She took two steps all on her own! Do I sound excited? Good, I'm trying to even though I'M NOT! I mean I AM but I'm NOT, do you know what I mean? Granted, I did scream and cheer for her but that's because I'm not a mean mom. I'm just not ready for her not to be a baby! She was just born last week (practically) and I already have a toddler! She's supposed to stay small forever and she's also supposed to stay where I set her so I can go and chase Ella! What am I going to do now? This is totally not fair. I guess she didn't want to be out done by her brothers who both walked at 8 months. (Or maybe she just realized she needed to start trying to out run Ella). She is officially 8 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days old today. Time sure does fly when you're doing dishes and cleaning house, next thing you know you check on the babies and they're in there playing with your grandkids and letting you know they have to go soon because their husband will be home and they need to get dinner going. (If you're reading this, Ryan, I feel like I need to do less cleaning....:P....can we hire a maid?) Sylvie's also picked her first word. Was is Da-Da? Was it Ma-ma? No....it was Ella!! As it should be, that way she can tattle!! Well, I'm off to lament time passing. Have a wonderful day!
