Dad, I know you hate pictures but I really like these ones so I hope you don't mind that I posted them. I had an experience last night that will change me forever and I owe that in part to you. Last night I met a true and living apostle of the Lord. One of 12 alive and serving on the Earth today. I received an overwhelming knowledge that he is in fact who he claims to be and I know
without a shadow of a doubt that he serves under the direction of a true and living Prophet and under the watchful eye of our loving Father in Heaven and our Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you, Dad, for bringing the true gospel of Jesus Christ into my life. Thank you for seeing my face as a child and wanting to teach me the truth about God and how my life fit into His great plan. Thank you for sitting and listening to the things the missionaries taught, for praying, for studying, for understanding and recognizing the Holy Spirit as he spoke to you and let you know these things were true. Thank you for taking me to the Temple to be sealed together as a family. Thank you for that example. Thank you for taking me to church and reading scripture with me. Thank you for being there with me when I had my opportunity to go to the temple myself and marry the wonderful man that I love. I love you, Dad, but for all the things I am thankful that I gained from you, this is the greatest. I could never thank you enough. Happy Father's Day!!

Smiley, That is the nicest thing anyone has EVER said to me. I feel the same way you do about the Gospel in our lives and I cherish the day I got to see you and Ryan Sealed in the Temple.
