Where have I been? I’ve been pregnant… I don’t take pictures, I don’t blog, I’m just trying to keep a meal down and get through every day life. Here’s a bit of what we did the week of Halloween.
The boys had Monday off school and just in time for trick or treating it started pouring down rain. The girls dressed up in their costumes (see previous post) but add rain coats and rain boots (yeah!) and Ryan and I in some heavy rain gear. We hit a local neighborhood (as ours in not good for trick or treating) while my mom stayed home with the boys. Corben decided that with the rain it wouldn’t be worth it…he was wrong and regretted it. We were out for about an hour and the girls filled their bags. They had a great time but Sylvie was crying by the end and refusing to carry herself or her candy. Ella kept saying that maybe daddy could take her home and that Ella and I would keep up the candy gathering but we all ended up so worn out we finally gave in. We had a long trek back to the car and were the last ones out in the neighborhood. lol
Tuesday I had to cancel a photo shoot due to morning/afternoon/evening sickness.
Wednesday Dade went to the temple. Yeah!
Thursday and Friday I had cancelled photo shoots due to weather and sickness.
Finally at weeks end I get in two great shoots with 2 great families!
See? Lots of excitement….
