Four Years Ago Today....

ZR

Four years ago today, I was standing outside the Apex Temple staring at the beautiful fall leaves, amazed at all the family that drove to see us, and impatiently waiting to marry Ryan.  A few of you may have heard the story of my first memory.

When I was a year and a half, my parents were sealed (married) in the Swiss Temple.  Since I was born before they were sealed I had the opportunity to be sealed (joined) to them as well.  I remember waiting in a white room with a kind woman also in white.  I remember her walking me up a tall staircase to a room where I joined my parents.  I remember how the room looked, how the people were dressed, and everything about the ceremony, especially the faces of my parents.

Joining Ryan in the temple and once again being a part of such an amazing moment brought all of those memories flooding back to me and proved to me they were all accurate.  Yet another testimony to me of the truthfulness of the restored gospel.

I don't think you could have taken the smile from either of our faces that day!  I am so thankful to be married to a man who is worthy to enter the temple because of the kind of person he is, the wonderful choices he's made, and his love for me.

Four years later, we have added two beautiful spirits into our family.  I am so thankful for the way my life has turned out.  Life is not always easy, but we sure are blessed and I KNOW that God is watching over our (not so) little family and answering our prayers.  I LOVE YOU, RYAN!!

I can't believe 4 years already. You are blessed and deserve it. And Ryan should be counting his stars for finding you.

I've always thought you were such a beautiful bride. Beautiful always, but I love your wedding pictures.
