Finally! I have found the solution! - (thanks, Mom!)
1. Open a new file in your PC.
2. Name it 'Housework.'
3. Send it to the RECYCLE BIN.
4. Empty the RECYCLE BIN.
5. Your PC will ask you, 'Are you sure you want to delete Housework permanently?'
6. Calmly answer, 'Yes,' and press the mouse button firmly......
7. Feel better?

Oh how I wish it was that easy!!!
I really struggled with the calmly say yes. I was a bit more excited to do delete housework. So I did it twice once calmly and one in a very loud excited tone.
No fair! It doesn't work for Mac users! (well, not as delightfully. It doesn't name the file you're deleting)
