What better way to start the week than with a beautiful baby in a beautiful yard (thanks, Honey! – for both!).
He’s really starting to explore his world.
It apparently makes him sneeze! lol
Tuesday it was POURING down rain but I went and met Dade for breakfast. It was so nice to see him. I miss him so much.
Ella had indoor recess and they did some dancing to Koo Koo Kangaroo to get their energy out!
Ryan decided to chase deer with the car on the way home…
Wednesday Ella had fun at Music!
Thursday was 3/14!! Pi Day!! Ella made a cloud…
Happy Pi Day!!!! 3-14 What kind of pie are you eating today??
Throwback Thursday!! -- Dec 89 - We all look just alike...
- Tam - Finally!! I see the resemblance!
- Tam - How come Jason isn't making a face?
- Jymn - Mother must be proud
- Christy - You can really see the resemblance between Tam & Adam in this one. Kind of cool...
- Tam - OK--SERIOUSLY this just happened. Abilene walked up and shouted reaaally excitedly, "You DO look like me mommy!!" Bwwahahaha!! <wiping tear> That's was awesome.
- Tam - Yes, that's was.
- Mom - Oh how sweet...Tammy's making the face I taught you.
- Tam - "That's" one's my favortie. Still is. Chad is kinda partial to it also.
- Christy - (10 hrs late...) Buahahahaha...she looks just like you!...good one...poor kid...
Friday I laminated clovers for school. Wonder how we find them all? I wrote about it…

Four leaf clovers getting ready to go to school with the kids!
The rest of the day went something like this…
Sylvie: Mom! Ella was just in the bathroom and she put her feet in the toilet with her socks on and now she's walking everywhere.
Sigh...
And then I found the Peanut Butter…she strikes again! (There are few things I love more than Peanut Butter…luckily Ella is one of them!)
Dade went out with the guys from his hall…
Sunday was St. Patrick’s Day! (And Stake Conference!)
Check out our St. Patrick’s Day family video! (click here)
Check out Ryan’s bonfire…it was ANGRY! lol
Monday for Family Home Evening Ryan helped the kids make an totally awesome fort! He then tried to entice them to let him in. He offered all kinds of goodies and fun (including cookies) but when they let him in he started tickling them and going crazy! We talked about how Satan wants to get into our homes and he tries to do it with things that sound fun but that if we do there will be havoc and sorrow. The kids got really good and fighting to keep Ryan out! They had lots of fun and learned a good lesson.
After the kids went down Ryan curled up with Collin on the couch….then he fixed Collin’s hair! lol
Totally faking…but so sweet, none the less…
Tuesday (happy birthday, Dom! – sorry it’s 4 months late!)
Ryan finally got some pictures of all the work he’s been doing in our amazing yard! Each of those stones has been hand-carved and placed by Ryan. Months of work…
Ella’s friend who lives behind us is moving! Ella is so upset. We had her over for a playdate and found the coolest thing!
We found an old pocket watch stuck in one of the cracks of our bolder in our yard today. From what we can tell it looks to have been manufactured by the E Ingraham Company in Nov 1925!! So cool!
So I’m by the rock looking in cracks for lizards and see something smooth and shiny. Worried it could be a snake I move the kids back and get a stick. Nope, not a snake! It’s a WATCH!! I’m so excited!
Wednesday was gymnastics and Ella’s friend’s last day of school…she cried a lot…they made cards and got one last recess together. (Thanks to Ella’s awesome teacher for capturing all these memories for Ella!)
Ryan got some work done in the yard in the morning. I worked with him while Sylvie watched Collin on the deck. Collin loved walking around with his toy on the deck! & Sylvie wanted to show off the boots we found at the thrift store! (Her new favorite shoes!)
So I found out that our watch is actually a E. Ingraham Lenox! Here’s what one looks like in better condition. It’s still a dollar pocket watch but it’s a nice one! So cool!
