Monday Collin had his 2 week appt. He’s already almost 11 lbs!!
Tuesday – Ryan finally headed back to work.
His cord fell off...he's not new any more... :(
Wednesday –
Ella’s tooth finally came out!! She was showing Ryan how it could flip forward and he hit her elbow while she had her hand on her tooth. The tooth went flying and she was SUPER excited.

Thursday - Dade was at Youth Conference all day. We escaped to my SIL’s pool for a bit. I sure needed the fresh air! Sylvie had awesome hair coming out of the pool that she didn’t want me to get a pic of. lol
Friday, Dade had LOTS to do. He started his new job working for a dry cleaning company. He also had a social at his new school. We were late getting there and had to drop off his siblings at my mom’s on the way. She knew he’d wanted a haircut today (that I didn’t have time to do) so when we pulled up she had the chair and hair cutting stuff out so he could get a 2 minute trim before we headed out. I love my mom! Dade went straight from the social to a youth dance. It was a LONG day!!
Sylvie's fish "Swallow" has passed...it's her first dealing with death. She's convinced it was cancer. Sweet Ella, upon realizing that her fish had lived, turned to her sobbing sister and told her she could have "Guppy" as her fish and even change her name. She patted her back and got her tissues. I'm so grateful that they have each other to get through the tough times!
Saturday – Dade had his last day of Youth Conference. Corben spent the night with Fama and they spent the evening and all Saturday experimenting with GLUTEN!! (shudder)
Sunday I finally made it to church!! Afterwards we had the Elders over for supper. Ryan shared with them his love of veggie art!
Check out Ella’s cute Primary class. Her teacher is moving and took this picture (that I shamelessly stole…thanks Lindsay!)
Great news! At church today we found out about another LDS youth attending the same school as Dade! We have contact info and can’t wait to chat. I have to say this is very comforting to me.
