I am SUPER WOMAN!…and Ryan is Super Man. He has built so many new shelves for our attic and I have cleared out over half a deck (it’s a big deck) worth of stuff. I’ve even SOLD SOME FOR MONEY!) Ella’s track out started today and so far she and Sylvie are doing…okay…ish. It helped that we had some friends over for the day to keep them busy.
Here are some of the things I found…
This pig was given to me by Dade many years ago for Mother’s Day or Christmas…he says I can get rid of it but I have to have this picture as my FB profile pic for a week!…stay tuned for THAT!
I parted with a lot of sentimental things but it was a good purge. I have pictures and more space in my home!
Tuesday was more photoshoots….fun fun fun!
Wednesday I rushed like a mad woman over to Corben’s school to have a PT Conf with all of his core teachers. When I got there, no one knew what I was talking about. The councilor who scheduled the appt with me never wrote it down and completely forgot. AAARRRGGHGHH! So we walked around to see if any of his teachers could even be found and I did find one who could talk to me for a few minutes. That was helpful but I’m pretty frustrated.
Thursday my Sistas came over! They helped me sort through a few more items on the deck and then we hung out and enjoyed each other’s company while our kiddos played. I LOVE them. L.O.V.E.
Saturday was Arbor Day celebration in our little town and they had us all out to see the new town park plans!
We then went on a hay ride to view what’s going to be the new 74 acre park! It’s going to have a YMCA with indoor pool, 4 soccer fields, playground, 2 dog parks, amphitheater, skate park, camping, 2 ponds for fishing and plenty of biking and hiking trails! We’re super excited!!
Dade spent the day out of town at a Leadership Training meeting where he met the 2nd Councilor in the Young Men’s General Presidency! He spoke with Dade for a bit and gave Dade this really awesome Medallion!!
Sunday, after church, we had a wonderful Ward Activity on Family History. Dade got up and shared some experiences with the ward. I’m so proud of that kid!
