1-29-2006 Week in Review…

For Family Home Evening we did the story of….um…um…Dade? What were we doing here? – I don’t know.  Corben, what were we doing in this picture?…Um, that’s either Nephi or the Stripling Warriors.  Okay, I’m gonna go with Stripling Warriors!  (Don’t you love my amazing use of old towels?  Way to Recycle, Mom!)  I do remember that Corben (being 5) was very excited about this lesson!

(I love that you can see Ryan’s notes from his Seminary class on the board in the background.)

Saturday was the Pinewood Derby!!  Dade did the flag ceremony…

Meet the Cosmic Cheese…it’s FAST!!!

The WINNER!! (Again!)

(People are starting to “joke” that Ryan’s using his race engine building skills to implant teeny tiny race engines in Dade’s cars….lol)

1-8-2006 Week in Review!!–Happy New Year!

In case you’re getting these through Google Reader and a bit confused…I figured I’d start back dating my blog since I have the pictures…and apparently the time…  Since these are a “bit” out dated feel free to skip them…or don’t.  I suspect they’ll be more fact oriented and such as my memory does not go back this far…

Happy 2006!!!

It’s our family tradition!!  Torn newspaper and a LOT OF FUN!

(Writing this many years after the fact, I can’t believe we got away with using so little paper…yet they seemed to have had so much fun!)
